Accepting EBT payments

Set Up EBT Card Payments

1. On the Management Page

a. Activate EBT Payment Method

1. Go to Utilities → Payment methods.

2. Find EBT and click Edit.

3. Uncheck Inactive.

4. Click Save.

This enables EBT as a payment method in the system.

b. Apply EBT to Multiple Items

1. Go to Menu → Menu Offline.

2. Click Quick edit.

3. Select the items you want to allow EBT payment for.

4. Click Save.

c. Apply EBT to an Individual Item

1. Select the item you want to enable for EBT payment.

2. Check EBT Eligible.

3. Click Save.

2. On POS

a. Apply EBT to Multiple Items

1. Go to Menu.

2. Select a menu category and double-click it.

3. Turn on EBT Eligible.

4. Click Save.

b. Apply EBT to an Individual Item

1. Go to Menu.

2. Double-click the item.

3. Turn on EBT Eligible.

4. Click Save.

c. Accept Payment via EBT Card

1. During checkout, click Other.

2. Select EBT.

3. Click Pay to complete the payment using the EBT card.
