Add Print Templates for Canceled Items and Void Transactions

The system provides additional print templates for canceled orders with struck-through items and void transactions in Print & Template, helping kitchen/bar staff easily track order changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE

To print canceled order tickets with struck-through items, you must enable the setting:
Send order changes to the kitchen / Cancel item.

I. SUPPORT FOR CANCELED ORDER PRINT TEMPLATE (WITH STRIKE-THROUGH ITEMS)

1. Go to Settings > Print & Template.

2. In the Print & Kitchen Ticket section, select Custom Template.

3. Open the Custom Details tab and enable Display a strike-through for canceled items.

4. Click Save.

5. When an item is canceled, the kitchen ticket will print with the canceled items shown using a strike-through format, as illustrated below.

II. SUPPORT FOR VOID TRANSACTION PRINT TEMPLATE

1. From the Transaction screen, select the transaction you want to refund.

2. Click the icon and choose Refund payment.

3. Select Void.

4. After the void is completed successfully, the system will print the void receipt as shown below.
