Add Tip on the Customer-Facing Screen Before Payment


I. Purpose

This feature allows customers to select and add a tip amount themselves on the customer-facing screen before completing payment.


II. Instruction Steps

  1. On the customer-facing screen, when a payment is initiated, the system displays suggested tip amounts based on the configuration set on the management page.

  2. The customer selects the desired tip amount.

  3. The customer selects card payment on the customer-facing screen.

  4. If the payment is successful, the screen displays a signature confirmation form for the customer to sign.
    After signing, tap Done to complete the transaction.

  5. On the Thank You screen after payment is completed, the customer can still add a tip by selecting Add tip and entering the additional tip amount.
