Set Up Special Customer Notes for Kitchen Awareness

I. PURPOSE

Allows restaurants to configure special customer notes—such as allergies or food preferences—so kitchen staff can easily identify them during food preparation.


II. INSTRUCTIONS

1. On the Management Page

  1. Go to Menu > Menu Offline

  2. Open the Modifiers tab and click Add to create a new modifier group

  3. Enter the Modifier Group Name

  4. Add modifier options (e.g. No peanuts, Extra spicy, Allergy alert)

  5. Enable Special requests and select a display color

  6. Click Save to apply the settings

  7. In the newly created modifier group, click Applicable items

  8. Select the menu items that this modifier can be applied to

  9. Click the Add icon, then click OK to save

Result
Special customer notes such as allergies or preferences are clearly highlighted for kitchen staff, reducing mistakes and improving service quality.
