Allows restaurants to configure special customer notes—such as allergies or food preferences—so kitchen staff can easily identify them during food preparation.
Go to Menu > Menu Offline
Open the Modifiers tab and click Add to create a new modifier group
Enter the Modifier Group Name
Add modifier options (e.g. No peanuts, Extra spicy, Allergy alert)
Enable Special requests and select a display color
Click Save to apply the settings
In the newly created modifier group, click Applicable items
Select the menu items that this modifier can be applied to
Click the Add icon, then click OK to save
When taking an order, select the configured Modifier (Special Request) based on the customer’s request
Kitchen staff will see the special request clearly displayed on the Kitchen Display System, making it easy to identify and follow during preparation
