Help restaurants add new food or beverage items to the menu.
Go to Menu and click Add.
Select the item type Regular item (Food & Beverage).
Enter the item details in the General Information tab.
Notes:
The Item description will appear on the order screen, allowing servers to better explain the dish to customers.
If Hide from menu is selected, the item will not appear on the POS sales screen.
For best visual results, item images should follow a 4:3 aspect ratio
Example: 1280 × 720 pixels
To track how many items are sold, go to Item tracking:
Check Available
Select Item count / Add stock and enter the available quantity
This quantity is used to track how many items are sold
Click Save
After saving, managers can choose one of the following options based on restaurant needs:
Manually manage availability
Automatically manage availability
If inventory adjustments are needed (e.g., damaged or missing items), go to the Remove stock tab and enter the quantity to be deducted.
Go to the Serving Preferences tab and enter common preparation requests from customers (if any).
