This feature allows the restaurant to add items not listed on the menu when a customer requests an additional item.
To add a non-menu item, follow these steps:
On the order screen, select Open Item.
Enter the required item information (name, price, quantity, etc.), then click Done.
The newly added item will appear in the order, as shown on the screen.
✔ Open Items are useful for special requests, custom charges, or one-time items not included in the standard menu.
