How to Adjust Tip Amount on POS

I. Purpose

This feature allows the restaurant to correct the tip amount in case the tip was entered incorrectly during payment.

II. Instruction Steps

1. On the POS, tap Transactions.

2. Find the order that needs the tip adjustment.
   Tap the More options icon and select Adjust tip.

3. In the Adjust amount window, enter the correct tip amount provided by the customer.
   Tap Done to update the tip.

Note

• If Add tip is selected, the entered tip amount will be added to the existing tip.

• If Adjust tip is selected, the system will remove the previously incorrect tip and replace it with the newly entered amount.

✅ Tip adjustment completed successfully.
