Automatically Apply Promotions by Time Period

I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurant managers to automatically apply promotions based on a predefined time period.

II. Usage Guide

1. In the Management Portal

1. Go to Promotions and tap Add.

2. Enter the promotion name.

3. Select the effective date range.

4. Choose the applicable days and time range (if required).

5. Select the discount type:

   • Percentage (%), or

   • Fixed amount

6. Enable Automatically apply this promotion program upon checking out.

7. Tap Save to store the settings.

Notes:

• Automatic time-based application is supported for the following promotion types:

  • Free Item

  • Item Discount

  • Bill Discount

• Promotions that require application conditions cannot be applied automatically by time period.

2. On the POS

• During checkout, the system will automatically apply the promotion when the order falls within the configured time period.

✔ The promotion will be applied without cashier interaction when all time conditions are met.
