The Overview page provides a summary of the restaurant’s daily business performance in the POS system. Owners and managers can monitor operations remotely, including customer activity, sales performance, and top-selling items. This helps management adjust menus, pricing, and operations to better match customer demand.
To access the Overview page, go to the management portal and select Overview from the navigation menu.
The Overview includes three main sections:
Daily Operations
Revenue
Top-Selling Items
The system automatically updates data throughout the day. You can tap the information icon to view additional details where available.
This section helps managers understand the restaurant’s daily operating status, including revenue collected, order status, estimated revenue, and customer count.
Using the reporting system, managers can view real-time information such as:
Number of orders
Number of customers currently in the restaurant
Estimated daily revenue by payment method
Detailed sales data down to individual items
Item | Description |
Collected Amount | Total money collected so far for the day, broken down by sales, debt collection, and customer deposits. |
Orders | Number of orders that are paid, in service, and canceled. |
Estimated Revenue | Revenue generated by all orders created during the day, starting from opening time. This value affects overall revenue reporting. |
Customers | Total number of customers served, categorized by service type. |
Top-Selling Items | Items with the highest sales quantity during the day. |
Revenue is the most important factor affecting restaurant profitability. This section helps owners evaluate business performance by showing how well products and services are selling over a selected time period.

Revenue by Service Type | Shows detailed revenue by service type (e.g., dine-in, takeaway, delivery), helping restaurants plan and adjust business strategies. |
