The cashier can quickly cancel online orders paid by card at the customer’s request.
For the incomplete orders placed on the online ordering page, you can cancel at Orders hub. Go to Orders hub.
On the order to be canceled, click the icon and select Cancel.
Select reason and click Yes, Cancel it.
Select Online payment.
And it’s refunded successfully.
For the completed orders placed on the online ordering page or QR Ordering, you can cancel at Transactions or Receipts.
Go to Transactions.
On the order to be canceled, click the icon and select Refund payment.
Select reason and click Yes, Refund it.
Select Online payment.
Go to Receipts.
On the order to be canceled, click the icon and select Refund receipt.
Select reason and click Yes, Refund it.
Select Online payment.
