Cancel Order
To help staff record order cancellations in both cases:
Orders that have not been sent to the kitchen/bar
Orders that have already been sent to the kitchen/bar
Sales staff perform the following steps:
On the order detail screen, click the icon and select Cancel order
Select the cancellation reason, then click Yes, Cancel it
The order will be removed from the order list
Select the order that needs to be canceled
Click the icon and select Cancel order
Select the cancellation reason, then click Yes, Cancel it
The order will be removed from the order list
Only the following roles are allowed to confirm order cancellations:
Restaurant Manager
System Administrator
