This feature allows staff to change the service type of an existing order (for example, from Dine-in to To-go or Delivery).
To change the order type, follow these steps:
Step 1:
On the order list screen, select the order that needs to be updated.
Example: changing a Dine-in order.
Step 2:
Click the Options icon and select Change order type.
Step 3:
Select the new service type you want to apply.
Then click Done.
Step 4:
Re-enter the pickup/delivery time and customer information (if required).
Click Done to confirm.
The order will now be updated to the selected service type.
The same steps apply when changing orders to To-go or Delivery.
Make sure customer and timing information is updated correctly after changing the order type.
