This feature allows staff to merge (combine) orders when a customer wants to combine their order with another existing order.
To combine orders, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Click the Combine Orders icon on the order that needs to be merged.
Step 2:
Select the order you want to merge into:
a. Combine orders without changing tables
Click Done.
b. Combine orders and change tables
Click the table icon, uncheck the current table, then select the new table requested by the customer.
After combining, the selected order will automatically disappear from the order list.
All information from that order (ordered items, number of guests, etc.) will be merged into the target order.
You can also combine orders using this method:
On the order list screen, select the order to be merged.
Click the Options icon and choose Change table.
Select the table of the order you want to merge with.
Click Done.
