The restaurant owner or manager can control employee login permissions for:
Access to the management dashboard (web)
Access to POS devices
This ensures employees only have access to what they need.
Go to Utilities → Staff on the management page.
Click Add to create a new employee.
Configure login permissions:
Device:
Check this option if the employee is only allowed to log in on POS devices.
Enter a passcode.
Dashboard:
Check this option if the employee is allowed to log in to the management dashboard.
Enter a password.
Click Save to apply the settings.
On the POS, go to Employees.
Click Add employee.
Enter employee information.
Configure login permissions:
Device:
Check this option to allow login on POS only.
Enter a passcode.
Dashboard:
Check this option to allow access to the management dashboard.
Enter a password.
Click Done to save.
On POS, go to Employees.
Select the employee whose passcode or password needs to be changed.
Click Change passcode.
Enter the new passcode.
Click Done to save the change.
The restaurant owner or manager can view the current passcode/password by clicking the eye icon.
