Set Up Kitchen/Bar Print Tickets

I. PURPOSE

Allow cashiers to configure and adjust the order print template used by the Kitchen/Bar.

II. INSTRUCTION STEPS

1. From the main screen, select Settings.

2. Select Printer & Template.

3. In the Printer & Kitchen Ticket section, click Custom Template.

4. Select the Custom Detail tab to customize the order print template:

   • Adjust the print layout.

   • Select which information should appear on the ticket.

   • Click Refresh to preview the template after making changes.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.

III. NOTES

If the restaurant has multiple kitchens/bars or multiple printers, customizing the print template for one kitchen will not affect the templates used by other kitchens.
