This feature allows managers to quickly and efficiently set up working shifts and immediately view the total assigned working hours for each employee.
On the management page, go to HR Management → Timekeeping and click Activate.
Select how your restaurant manages timekeeping:
Manage schedules by actual clock-in/out
→ Use this option if employees are paid based on their actual clock-in and clock-out times.
Manage schedules by shift
→ Use this option if employees work fixed shifts.
Click Accept to apply.
Next, click Edit in the Settings tab.
Some settings are enabled by default. Uncheck any that do not apply to your restaurant.
If certain employees should not be tracked for timekeeping, click List of account settings under Don’t keep time records for these accounts.
Click Add row, select the employee(s), then click Save.
If your restaurant uses Working Schedule / Shift Scheduling, check Use Working schedule / Scheduling feature.
Set the allowed minutes for:
Early clock-in
Late clock-out
Late arrival
Early leave
If wages are calculated based on actual working time, check Use actual time to calculate wage.
Click Save to finish.
Before assigning shifts, you must create working schedules.
Go to the Working schedule tab and click Add
Enter the schedule name
Set working time
Enter break time (if any)
Choose a color to easily identify the schedule on the timesheet
Click Save
Repeat these steps to create additional schedules if needed.
Go to the Scheduling tab.
For the employee you want to assign shifts to, click the “+” icon on the desired day
Select a Working Schedule
Check the days that use the same schedule
Click Save
The system will automatically display:
Total assigned working hours
Estimated wages
You can adjust the start and end time of a shift for each employee.
To quickly edit or delete a shift, hover over the shift:
Click the pencil icon to edit
Click the X icon to delete
To add multiple shifts in one day, click “+” again
→ Each employee can work up to 3 shifts per day
If total assigned hours exceed 40 hours per week, the system will show a warning
If you continue assigning more than 40 hours:
Total hours and wages will appear in red for review
Managers can view:
Total employees scheduled per day
Total scheduled hours for each day of the week
