This feature allows restaurants to review and confirm orders received from DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eatsthrough botX POS.
After a customer successfully places an order on DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats, the cashier will receive a new order notification on the POS screen.

Open Orders Hub to receive and process orders
Order processing is handled as follows:
The Need Approval tab shows all orders that have not yet been confirmed.
Select an order and click Approve to confirm it.
The Scheduled tab shows orders that have been confirmed.
Choose one of the following actions:
Fire Now: Send the order to the kitchen/bar immediately.
Fire Later:
Use this option if the customer scheduled a pickup or delivery time.
Select the time to send the order to the kitchen, then click Done.
The Active tab shows orders that have already been sent to the kitchen/bar.
When preparation is complete, click Order Ready.
The Order Ready tab shows orders that are ready for pickup or delivery.
Delivery completion is handled directly on the delivery platform (DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats).
Once the delivery driver marks the order as completed, or the customer confirms pickup, the order moves to the Completed tab.
This tab also displays canceled orders.
✔ Orders from DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats can be fully tracked and managed through Orders Hub, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, kitchen, and delivery platforms.
