Connect to delivery platforms: DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats

Connect with Delivery Platforms (DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats)

I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurants to connect botX POS with third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats, to receive and manage delivery orders in one system.

II. Steps

To connect delivery platforms, follow these steps:

1. In the management portal, go to Integrations.

2. Click Connect on Ally Now.

3. Enter the restaurant information and click Send Request.

Set Up the Admin Account

4. Complete Set Up Admin Account.

5. For each delivery platform your restaurant uses, log in to that platform’s merchant account and add a new user.

Add User on Uber Eats

6. Go to the Users tab and click Add User.

7. Enter the user’s name and email.

   • Use the email provided by botX in the Set Up Admin Account step
     (example: i+blueribbons001@allynow.com).

8. Assign Admin or Manager permissions to this user.

Add Users on Other Platforms

• Follow the official guides to add users on:

  • DoorDash

  • Grubhub

Set Up the Menu

9. Complete menu setup for delivery platforms.
   (Follow the menu setup guide provided by the system.)

Enable Linked Platforms

10. Go to Settings → General Settings.

11. Click Edit and select the delivery platforms your restaurant is connected to.

12. Save the settings.

✔ Once completed, botX POS will be connected to DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats, allowing centralized order management across delivery platforms.
