Copy Items to Another Guest

I. PURPOSE

This feature allows staff to copy items from one guest to another, typically used when customers want to combine or share orders with another guest.

II. INSTRUCTION STEPS

1. On the main screen, select Orders.

2. Tap the order of the customer whose items need to be copied.

3. Click the Options icon and select Copy to other guest.

4. Select the guest you want to copy the items to, then click Done.

5. The selected items will be successfully copied to the chosen guest’s order.
