Create and Manage Reservations


I. Purpose

The Reservation feature allows customers to easily make reservations online while helping restaurant staff efficiently manage tables and seating on the POS.


II. Instruction Steps

1. Online Reservation

  1. On the restaurant’s Online Reservation page, customers:

    • Select the date

    • Select the number of guests

    • Click Check

  2. Select an available time slot, then click Reservation.

  3. Enter guest information and click Reservation.

  4. The reservation confirmation screen will be displayed.


2. Create a Reservation on POS

  1. On the POS, go to Booking.

  2. Click Add reservation.

  3. Enter the following information:

    • Date and time

    • Party size

    • Table (if applicable)

    • Guest information

  4. Click Done to save the reservation.


3. Manage Reservations on POS

  1. Select a date to view all reservations.

  2. For online reservations:

    • Click Confirm to approve the reservation.

  3. When the customer arrives:

    • Click Check-in.

  4. To edit a reservation:

    • Click the Edit icon

    • Select Edit

    • Update the information

    • Click Done
