Creating customer groups

Set Up Customer Groups


I. Purpose

This feature allows you to classify customers into groups, making it easier to manage customer relationships and run targeted promotions or discounts.


II. Steps

To create a customer group, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Utilities → Customer Groups.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the required group information.

  4. Click Save.
