Creating Flexible Combo

I. Purpose

Managers can create flexible combos, allowing customers to choose required items and optional add-ons within a combo.

II. Instruction Steps

1. Set Up Flexible Combo

1. On the management page, go to
   Menu → Menu Offline

2. Click Add and select Combo

3. Enter the basic combo information

4. Scroll down to Items in combo

Add Required Items

1. Click Add items

2. Select the item(s) included in the combo

3. Enter the required quantity for each item

Add Optional Items (Options)

1. Click Add options

2. Enter an Option name (for example: “Choose a drink”)

3. Configure the options:

   • Select the optional items

   • For items already included in the combo, set the price to $0

   • For items that cost extra, enter the amount in the Upcharge column

   • Check Default for items commonly selected by customers

   • If customers must choose from this option group, check Required

   • Set Min and Max quantity:

     • Enter 0 in Min if no minimum is required

     • Select No max value if there is no maximum limit

4. Click Select to confirm the options

5. Click Save to finish setting up the combo

2. Select Flexible Combo on POS

1. On POS, add the flexible combo to the order

2. Go to the Options tab

3. Select the required and optional items

4. Adjust quantities if needed

5. Click Save to add the combo to the order

6. Click Pay to complete the order
