This feature allows the restaurant to quickly apply a custom bill discount for the current day, typically used for loyal customers or to resolve customer dissatisfaction.
In the management portal, go to System Settings → Role Management.
Select the staff role you want to grant permission to.
In the Payment tab, enable Add Other Discount.
Tap Save.
When the customer is ready to pay:
On the payment screen, tap Promotion.
Open the Custom Bill Discount tab.
Select Add Custom Bill Discount.
Choose the discount type:
Tap the Amount icon to apply a fixed amount discount, or
Tap the Percentage icon to apply a percentage discount.
Enter the discount value and the reason for the discount.
Tap Apply to apply the discount.
Tap Done to complete.
The applied discount information will be displayed on the bill.
The custom bill discount is saved for the rest of the business day.
For subsequent customers on the same day, the cashier can:
Open Custom Bill Discount,
Select the existing discount,
Tap Done to apply it.
The discount details will be shown on the invoice once applied.
