This guide explains how customers can register for a loyalty account, check their points, and view available rewards and earning rules.
To enable access, the restaurant should share the loyalty page link or place a QR code at the checkout counter so customers can easily scan and register.
On the management portal:
Go to Loyalty
In Promote Loyalty, copy the loyalty page link or click Download QR Code
Enter the customer’s phone number.
Check I’m not a robot.
Tap Register.
Enter the customer’s name, email, and date of birth.
Tap Register to complete account creation.
Enter the customer’s phone number.
Tap Log In.
The customer’s total points balance will be displayed.
In the Features section, tap Redeem to view available rewards.
Select a reward to view its conditions.
Tap Redeem to exchange points.
If the customer wants to use the reward immediately:
Tap Use
Show the QR code to the cashier for scanning
If not using immediately, the customer may exit and use the reward later.
Tap How to Earn Points.
View details of all point-earning programs and conditions.
Tap Activity.

Points earned
Points redeemed
