How Customers Check Loyalty Points and Rewards


Purpose

This guide explains how customers can register for a loyalty account, check their points, and view available rewards and earning rules.

To enable access, the restaurant should share the loyalty page link or place a QR code at the checkout counter so customers can easily scan and register.

On the management portal:


1. How to Register a Loyalty Account

  1. Enter the customer’s phone number.

  2. Check I’m not a robot.

  3. Tap Register.

  4. Enter the customer’s name, email, and date of birth.

  5. Tap Register to complete account creation.


2. How to Check Points and Rewards

  1. Enter the customer’s phone number.

  2. Tap Log In.

  3. The customer’s total points balance will be displayed.


2.1 View and Redeem Rewards

  1. In the Features section, tap Redeem to view available rewards.

  2. Select a reward to view its conditions.

  3. Tap Redeem to exchange points.


2.2 View How to Earn Points

  1. Tap How to Earn Points.

  2. View details of all point-earning programs and conditions.


2.3 View Point Earning and Redemption History

  1. Tap Activity.

  2. View the full history of:

    • Points earned

    • Points redeemed


✔ Customers can easily manage their loyalty account, track rewards, and stay engaged with the restaurant’s loyalty program.
