Managers can customize kitchen ticket and receipt templates directly on the management page, helping save time and improve flexibility.
On the management page, go to Loyalty → Settings → Printer Templates.
Click Add printer template.
Select Receipt/Bill template and choose the paper size.
If the restaurant has a logo, drag and drop or click Drop or Click here to upload a logo image to upload it.
Click the arrow icon next to:
Restaurant name (e.g. Delicacy) to edit the name
Address (e.g. Washington DC) to edit the address
TEL to edit the phone number
Click Add row to add additional information.
Enter the Title and Content for the new row.
Click Save to apply changes.
Note:
You can uncheck any row if you do not want it to appear on the receipt.
Click Add printer template.
Select Kitchen template and choose the paper size.
Drag and drop rows to rearrange the layout.
For each row, you can:
Adjust font size
Set bold or italic text
Change text alignment
Click Save to apply changes.
On the POS, go to Settings.
Under Printer & Template → Printer & Receipts Template, click Custom Template.
Select the template you want to use.
Click Save to confirm.
