Dine-In Customers (Ordering at the Table)


I. Purpose

This guide helps staff create and manage orders for customers dining at the restaurant, when guests are seated at tables.


II. Steps

To create an order for dine-in customers, follow these steps:


Step 1: Create an Order

  1. On the main POS screen, under New Order, select Dine-in.

  2. Select one or more available tables.

    • The cashier can select multiple tables at the same time.

    • Tap Done to continue.

  3. Enter the number of guests.

    • Use the + / − icon to adjust the guest count if needed.

    • Tap Done.

  4. Tap menu items from the menu list to add them to the order.

Step 2: Send Items to the Kitchen / Bar

  1. After adding items, tap FIRE.

  2. The order details are sent to the Kitchen/Bar for preparation.
