This guide helps staff create and manage orders for customers dining at the restaurant, when guests are seated at tables.
To create an order for dine-in customers, follow these steps:
On the main POS screen, under New Order, select Dine-in.
Select one or more available tables.
The cashier can select multiple tables at the same time.
Tap Done to continue.
Enter the number of guests.
Use the + / − icon to adjust the guest count if needed.
Tap Done.
Tap menu items from the menu list to add them to the order.
By default, added items are assigned to Whole Table.
To assign items to a specific guest, double-tap the guest name and then add items.
Each tap on an item equals one quantity.
For multiple quantities, tap the Quantity field in the order panel to enter the number quickly.
You can search for items using the Short Name:

“Chè hạt sen” → type chs
“Chè khúc bạch” → type ckb
Promotion information is shown only if:
The manager has set up Free Item promotions, and
The promotion is currently active.
After adding items, tap FIRE.
The order details are sent to the Kitchen/Bar for preparation.
Depending on the restaurant setup, items will:
Appear on the kitchen/bar tablet, or
Print automatically on the kitchen/bar printer
If no kitchen/bar printer is configured, the system displays the warning:
“You have not set up the printer for the kitchen/bar. Please double-check.”
The cashier must return to the main screen and complete printer setup before sending items.
Tap Print Temporary Bill to provide the guest with a provisional receipt.
Tap Pay to process payment for the order.

On the order detail screen, the cashier can:
Switch views using By Guest or By Time
Add additional available tables to the order
Remove items
Change item quantity
Add Modifiers
Add notes
Change service type
Move items to another order
Assign items to another guest
Cancel items
