This feature allows restaurants to quickly set up inventory tracking directly on the POS, without needing to access the management website as before.
To set up inventory tracking for menu items, follow these steps:
The restaurant can configure Item Tracking for the following item types:
Regular items
Items with variants
Combos
Turn on Inventory and select Item tracking.
Select Item count / Add Stock, then click Add to enter the initial stock quantity.
This quantity is used to track how many items are sold at the store.
Click Save.
✅ After saving, the remaining stock quantity will be displayed below the item name in the menu list, making it easy to monitor inventory.
Notes:
Inventory tracking is not supported for combo components.
To quickly adjust stock levels:
Click the Edit icon and select Edit stock count.
Choose Add or Remove, enter the quantity.
Click Done.
The setup process is the same as for regular items.
However, the system allows you to set and track inventory separately for each variant.
