botX POS provides multiple configuration options that allow users to customize system settings based on management needs and the actual operations of the restaurant or café.

Settings | Description |
1. Currency Settings | Allows restaurant owners to set the currency used in the restaurant if it is different from the default U.S. Dollar (USD). |
2. Date & Time Format | Helps standardize how date and time information is displayed across reports, making it easier to review revenue and business activity. |
3. Fees, Taxes, and Gratuity Settings | Allows the restaurant to configure pricing policies, fees, taxes, and gratuity. Depending on these settings, related sales and purchase screens and functions will change accordingly. |
4. Work Shift Setup | Enables the setup of work shifts so cashiers can select the correct shift when starting their workday. Managers can track starting cash, cash collected during the shift, and end-of-shift handover amounts. |
5. Document Numbering Rules | Allows managers to define numbering rules for documents such as daily, monthly, or yearly closures, and to quickly track invoice and order numbers. |
6. Email Settings | Configure email-related settings used by the system. |
