Allow restaurant staff to adjust item prices during order entry when permission is granted by management.
Watch the tutorial video here.
Step 1:
Go to Menu > POS Menu > QR Ordering.
Select the item you want to allow price adjustments for, then check Adjust price.
Step 2:
Grant the Adjust selling price permission to cashiers in Role Management.
When taking an order, cashiers can adjust the item price as follows:
Step 1:
Select the item and tap Adjust price.
Step 2:
Enter the new price, then tap Done.
Step 3:
Tap Save to apply the updated price.
Price adjustment is supported for Regular items and optional items on the management page.
Combo items are not supported for price adjustment.
When an item’s price is changed for a customer:
The new price becomes the default price for future orders.
If the cashier taps Adjust price again, the change will apply only to the current order.
The default price is finalized after the cashier taps Fire.
If an order has already been sent to the kitchen and the customer adds new items later, the newly added items will use the original price, not the adjusted price.
If an item is moved to another order, the adjusted price remains unchanged.
