When accessing the KDS device, customer orders will appear on the kitchen screen as preparation tickets, along with a list of items that need to be prepared.
In the Current tab:
The first line of each preparation ticket displays the service type (e.g. dine-in, takeout) and the sales staff.
Below that is the time when the order was created and sent to the kitchen.
Menu items are displayed item by item, grouped according to the menu category order set on the management page.
If an order includes modifiers, they will be listed directly under the corresponding item.
If an order contains many items, the system automatically splits the ticket into sections, allowing all items to be viewed on a single screen without scrolling.
Additionally, you can click the summary icon to view a combined list of all items currently being prepared.
When an item is marked as completed, the system will automatically reduce the quantity or hide the item.
As time passes, the color of each preparation ticket changes from GRAY → ORANGE → RED, indicating orders that are within or exceeding the expected preparation time.
These time thresholds can be adjusted in Settings → Undo / Transitions Time.
For items that have been cooked, click the item on the ticket to mark it as completed. The system will display a strikethrough to indicate completion.
You can also click the entire preparation ticket to mark all items as completed at once.
Select a preparation ticket to mark the entire order as completed, or mark items individually.
Once completed, the Current tab will show the status Done, and the order will move to the Finish tab.
You can select Done to hide the order from the Current tab.
Orders that are scheduled but not yet sent to the kitchen are displayed in the Scheduled tab.
When the countdown timer reaches 0, the system automatically moves the items to the Current tab for preparation.
Orders that have been marked as completed are automatically moved to the Finish tab.
By default, the most recently completed orders are displayed at the top.
The Sold Out tab displays a list of:
Available items
Temporarily unavailable (sold-out) items
Only items configured under Manual Tracking are shown in this tab.
