Importing Items with Variants

I. Purpose

This feature allows managers to quickly import items with variants (such as size or flavor) using an Excel template.

II. Instruction Steps

1. On the management page, go to Menu → Menu offline and click Import.

2. Click Here to download the import template.

Importing Items with 1 Attribute

• If an item has one attribute (for example: Size), select the Item with variant (1 attribute) tab.

• Enter the attribute name and its options.

• The system will automatically generate all item variants.

Note:
Always enter the next item below the grey line in the template.

Importing Items with 2 Attributes

• If an item has two attributes (for example: Size and Flavor), select the Item with variant (2 attributes) tab.

• Enter both attribute names and their options.

• The system will automatically generate all possible variants.

3. Return to the management page, click Select, and upload the completed template file.

4. Click Proceed to start the import.

Import Results

• The system will display the import results.

• If any items fail to import, click here to download the error file.

• Correct the errors in the file and import it again.

After re-importing, the system will display the final import result.
