Integrate with an SMS Marketing Partner

I. Purpose

This feature allows the restaurant to integrate the POS system with an SMS marketing partner, enabling automated and customizable text message campaigns.

II. Steps

1. Set up the integration

1. On the management portal, go to Integrations.

2. Find SMS Marketing and click Connect.

3. Enter the Account SID and Auth Token.

4. Click Connect to complete the integration.

2. Create sample messages

The system provides prebuilt message templates that can be used immediately.

To customize a message:

1. Double-click the message type you want to edit.

2. Update the message content to match your restaurant’s needs.

3. Click Save to store the changes.

✔ Your POS system is now connected to the SMS marketing partner and ready to send messages.
