botX POS is a restaurant management solution designed for restaurants, eateries, and cafés. The system provides a comprehensive set of management tools and can be deployed quickly and easily, helping businesses get up and running in a short time.
On the management page, users can set up menus, items, pricing, and promotional programs to attract customers. In addition, the system allows restaurants to manage employees, track operations, and view detailed business reports to support daily decision-making.
To log into the Management Page go to "[YourRestaurantName].botxpos.io"

Then log in with the credentials provided in your welcome email.
The management page includes the following sections, allowing users to access detailed information and settings for their restaurant:

Applications | Add additional modules to increase the functionality of the botX POS platform. Applications can be pinned for easier access. |
Settings | General settings, staff, subscription, location, detailed settings such as taxes, fees, tips, shifts, and printer templates are found here. |

Under Applications
Online Ordering | Online Ordering allows customers to place orders directly on the restaurant’s website and pay quickly, then pick up at the restaurant. They can choose to collect immediately or schedule for the next day. |
e-Gift card | Set up payment methods, discounts, and payment-related configurations. |
Kiosk | The self-service kiosk feature lets customers select items, place orders, and make payments directly at the kiosk. This feature helps reduce waiting time, streamline the service workflow, enhance the customer experience, and enables the restaurant to manage orders more effectively. |
Booking | The booking feature is a management tool that helps restaurants professionalize the reservation process and manage walk-in guests more effectively during peak hours |
QR Ordering | QR Ordering allows guests to scan a QR code at the table to place orders directly on their phones and pay right at the table. |
Loyalty Program | Loyalty helps restaurants build customer loyalty programs with flexible points accumulation and redemption mechanisms. Customers can choose to either use points for direct discounts on their bills or redeem points for gifts. |
SMS Marketing | SMS Marketing connects directly with Twilio - to help you send promotional, reminder, and customer care messages quickly, securely, and effectively right from botX |
Payroll | The Payroll feature automates payroll aggregation based on actual recorded work hours, ensuring accuracy and saving time for each pay cycle. |
Timekeeping | The Timekeeping feature enables restaurants to accurately record staff working hours and monitor attendance, ensuring transparent and efficient workforce management. |
