Issue and Use e-Gift Cards


I. Purpose

This feature allows the restaurant to sell, manage, and accept e-Gift Cards, enabling customers to purchase, top up, and use digital gift cards for payments.


II. Steps

1. Install e-Gift Card

  1. Go to Applications.

  2. Find e-Gift Card and click Install.

  3. Click Install to confirm.

  4. Enable Publish e-Gift Card.

  5. Copy the share link to send to guests, or download the QR code to display at the restaurant.


2. Set up e-Gift Card

a. Set up card values

b. Set up templates

  1. Open the Templates tab.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Select a template to use,
    or

  4. Click Add Image to upload a custom design.

  5. Click Save.


c. Set up promotion programs

  1. Open the Promotions tab.

  2. Click Add Promotion.

  3. Enter the promotion details.

  4. Click Save.

To end a promotion:


3. Buy an e-Gift Card

  1. The guest scans the QR code and opens the e-Gift Card page.

  2. Select a suggested value or choose Custom to enter a custom amount.

  3. Enter the recipient’s information and sender’s information.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. If applicable, enter a promo code and click Apply.

  6. Click Continue to Payment.

  7. Complete the payment.

✔ The e-Gift Card is issued successfully.


4. Top up an e-Gift Card

  1. Go to the Top Up tab.

  2. Enter the existing e-Gift Card information.

  3. Click Apply, then click Continue.

  4. Complete the payment.


5. Check e-Gift Card Balance

  1. Go to the Check Balance tab.

  2. Enter the existing e-Gift Card information.

  3. Click Check Balance.

✔ The current balance will be displayed.
