Allow customers to place orders and complete payment directly at the kiosk without having to wait for staff assistance.
Step 1:
On the management page, go to No-contact Ordering → Kiosk → Settings.
Step 2:
Select the Appearance tab and click Edit.
Update images or videos. The system provides 3 default images, and you can add or remove images as needed.
Set the restaurant logo and primary brand color to display on the kiosk.
Click Save.
Step 3:
Select the Order tab and click Edit.
By default, the kiosk displays two service types: Dine-in and Take Away. You can modify these options if needed.
Enter order prompts to help customers place orders more quickly.
Select the customer information you want to collect during ordering.
Click Save.
Step 4:
Select the Payment tab and click Edit to configure payment methods.
By default, both Credit Card and Cash are enabled.
Step 5:
Select the Language tab and click Edit to choose the language displayed on the kiosk.
