The Report page in the system provides a summary of sales activities taking place at the restaurant, eatery, or café on the POS system. Restaurant owners can remotely monitor business operations, including the number of customers currently at the restaurant, daily and weekly revenue, and detailed statistics on best-selling items. This information helps management adjust the menu to better match customer preferences.
Restaurant owners can access the management page by selecting Report from the navigation menu, once logged into the management page. The General Report section includes Daily Sales, Estimated Sales, Order Stats, Guest Count, Sales by Date, Top Selling Items, and Sales per type of service. In addition, managers can click the information icons to view detailed data that is automatically updated throughout the day by the system.
This section helps restaurant managers understand daily sales performance, including how much revenue is collected each day, the number of completed orders, active orders, canceled orders, estimated revenue, and the total number of customers served.
With the reporting system of botX POS, restaurant owners can instantly view ongoing business activity, including the number of orders, customer count, and estimated daily revenue by payment method. Managers can also drill down to view details for individual menu items sold.

Collected Amount | The total amount collected for the day up to the time the report is viewed, broken down by sales method, outstanding payments, and customer deposits. |
Orders | Statistics on completed, active, and canceled orders. Note: Active orders include delivery orders that have not yet been paid. |
Estimated Revenue | Revenue generated by each order during the day from the time the restaurant opens, which affects overall revenue reporting. |
Customers | The total number of customers served at the restaurant, categorized by service type. |
Best-Selling Items | Menu items with the highest sales volume for the day. |
Revenue is the first and most important factor affecting restaurant profitability. This section allows restaurant owners to evaluate business performance by showing how effectively products and services are sold over a specific period of time.
