This feature allows managers to collect, review, and analyze customer feedback after payment.
It helps improve the customer experience and adds a professional touch to restaurant operations.
After a customer completes payment at the restaurant, the system automatically sends an SMS notification that includes a review button.
The customer taps the review button in the SMS to submit feedback.
(They can submit a review at any time.)
Customers can:
Rate their experience using star ratings
Enter written comments
Select suggested feedback options based on the selected star rating
After completing the review, the customer taps Submit Review.
In the management portal, go to Reports → Marketing.
Select Customer Reviews to view all feedback submitted by customers.
The review list includes:
Total number of customer reviews and the percentage breakdown by star rating
Reviews collected via SMS Marketing
Filtering options by customer name or phone number
Detailed information for each review, such as:
Review date
Star rating
Related bill/order
Click on any review to view the full review details
