Managing QR Ordering permissions

Assign Permissions for QR Ordering

I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurants to assign staff permissions for QR Ordering, enabling customers to place orders and make payments at the table using their personal devices.

II. Steps

To assign QR Ordering permissions, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the botX management system using a web browser.

2. Go to System Settings → Role Management.

3. In the Role Name column, select the role you want to configure.

4. In the permission list, find No-Contact Ordering.

5. Enable Use for QR Ordering.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.

✔ Staff assigned to this role will now have permission to use and manage QR Ordering features.
