Help restaurants take orders faster and more efficiently by using PLU (Price Look-Up) codes when selling menu items.
Log in to the Management page using your account.
From the navigation menu, go to:
Menu > POS Menu > QR Ordering
Add PLU codes to menu items. PLU can be configured for:
Regular items
Items with variants
Combos
Enter a numeric PLU code
The system supports PLU codes up to 22 digits by default
After saving, the PLU code will appear in the menu list, making it easier to search and serve customers.
Managers can also quickly update PLU codes using Quick Edit.
The PLU field appears for both:
The parent item
Each variant item
Enter numeric PLU codes for both parent and variants
Maximum PLU length is 22 digits
Notes:
If a duplicate PLU or invalid format is entered, the system displays the warning:
“This PLU already exists. Please enter again.”
PLU fields are also available in the import/export Excel file, making PLU management easier.
Log in to the POS application using your account.
From the main screen, select Menu.
Add PLU codes to menu items, including:
Regular items
Items with variants
Combos
Enter the PLU code in the General Information tab, then click Save.
Once saved, servers will see the PLU displayed in the menu list, helping them quickly locate items.
On the order-taking screen, enable numeric keypad ordering using PLU.
Use the following format:
Quantity × PLU Code
Example:
A customer orders 1 Coca-Cola with PLU 022
Enter:1 * 022
If no PLU is configured for menu items, the PLU ordering icon will not appear on the order screen.
If the cashier does not want to use PLU ordering, they can tap the icon to return to the standard order screen.
On the standard order screen, item names display in the following format:
PLU.Code + Item Name
Example: 022.Coca-Cola
