This feature helps restaurants receive and process online orders quickly and efficiently, saving time and streamlining operations.

The online order workflow consists of two main stages:
The customer places an order on the online ordering website
The cashier confirms the order and hands it to the customer
By default, the system selects Pick up as soon as possible.
Customers may change this to:
Today or Tomorrow
A specific pickup time slot
On the online ordering website, customers tap items to add them to the cart.
In the cart, customers can:
Edit quantities
Remove items
Tap Go to Checkout to proceed.
Enter pickup information and select a payment method.
If applicable, enter a promo code and tap Done.
Add a tip by selecting a suggested amount or tapping Custom to enter a custom tip.
Tap Done, then Continue to Payment.
After payment, the system displays an Order Successful message.
On the success screen, tap Here to view the order progress and timeline.
Customers may cancel the order if it has not yet been confirmed by the restaurant.
After an online order is placed, the cashier receives a notification on the POS.
Tap the Online Ordering icon,
or
Open the Orders Hub tab to manage orders.
Displays all orders awaiting confirmation.
Tap Approve to confirm the order.
Notes:
Only staff with the appropriate permission can update orders.
All staff with sales roles can cancel orders at the customer’s request.
Displays orders that have been confirmed.
Tap Fire Now to send items to the Kitchen/Bar.
Notes:
Only authorized staff can update orders.
All sales-role staff can cancel orders if requested by the customer.
Displays orders that have been sent to the kitchen.
Tap Order Ready when the order is prepared.
Notes:
Updating or canceling orders requires proper permissions.
Displays orders that are ready for pickup.
When the customer arrives, tap Complete to proceed to checkout.
Optional:
If the customer wants to add a tip:
Tap Add Tip
Enter the tip amount
Tap Pay
Displays orders that are successfully completed or canceled.
Allows the cashier to apply taxes and fees during payment if required.
