Printing customer and merchant receipt copies

Set Up Printing Customer Copy and Merchant Copy Receipts

I. Purpose

The restaurant can configure the system to print both Customer Copy and Merchant Copy receipts, or print only one of them to save paper.

II. Instruction Steps

1. On POS

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Printer & Template, then click Custom Template under Printer & Receipts Template.

3. By default, the system prints both receipts.

   • If the restaurant wants to print only the Merchant Copy, check Automatically print merchant copy only.

Note:

• When paying by card, the system will automatically print the Merchant Copy.

• If the customer requests a receipt, the restaurant can tap Print Customer Copy to print it.

2. On Mobile Phone / Tablet

1. On the mobile phone or tablet, go to Settings.

2. Select Printer & Template.

3. By default, the system prints both receipts.

   • If the restaurant wants to print only the Merchant Copy, check Automatically print merchant copy only.

Note:

• When paying by card, the system will automatically print the Merchant Copy.

• If the customer requests a receipt, tap Print Customer Copy to print it.
