This feature allows the restaurant to integrate botX POS with QuickBooks to manage accounting and financial operations more efficiently.
To integrate botX POS with QuickBooks, follow these steps:
In the management portal, go to Loyalty.
Open the Applications tab.
Scroll down to QuickBooks and click Install.
Click Install again to confirm.
Click the Edit icon to begin setup.
Select the schedule for synchronizing data between botX and QuickBooks.
Enter the email address that will receive synchronization and error notifications.
Choose how sales data is posted to QuickBooks.
Default sales account
Select the default sales account.
Map individual items
Click Map individual items.
Select the item you want to change.
Choose the corresponding QuickBooks account.
Click Save.
Default payment account
Select a default payment account.
Map individual payment types
Click Map individual payment types.
Select the payment method you want to change.
Choose the corresponding QuickBooks account.
Click Save.
Other settings
Configure additional required information.
Click Save to complete setup.
Enable Invoices by accounting groups.
Enter:
QuickBooks sales display name
QuickBooks discount display name
Configure other required information.
Click Save.
✔ Once completed, botX POS will automatically sync sales data with QuickBooks based on your selected configuration.
