Quickly Add / Remove Multiple Items from a Category

I. PURPOSE

Allows restaurant managers or owners to quickly add or remove multiple menu items from a category, saving time when updating the menu.

II. INSTRUCTION STEPS

1. Quickly Add Multiple Items to a Category

a. On the Management Page

1. Go to Menu > Offline Menu

2. Select the Categories tab

3. Find the category you want to update and click List of items

4. Select the items you want to add to the category

5. Click the arrow icon to add the selected items

6. Click Save to apply the changes

b. On the POS

1. Go to Menu

2. Select the Menu Category tab

3. Choose the category you want to update and click List of items

4. Select the items you want to add

   You can also:

   • Search by item name

   • Select items directly from the search results

5. Click Save to apply the changes

2. Quickly Remove Multiple Items from a Category

a. On the Management Page

1. Go to Menu > Offline Menu

2. Select the Categories tab

3. Find the category and click List of items

4. Select the items you want to remove

5. Click Remove

6. Click Save to apply the changes

b. On the POS

1. Go to Menu

2. Select the Menu Category tab

3. Choose the category and click List of items

4. Deselect the items you want to remove

   You can also:

   • Search by item name

   • Deselect items directly from the search results

5. Click Save to apply the changes

The selected items are added to or removed from the category immediately, making menu management faster and easier.
