Quickly Add Modifiers When Taking an Order

To help staff quickly add modifiers with individual prices for each item when requested by customers while taking an order.
On the Order Taking screen, select an item. The system will display the modifier selection screen.
Select Other Modifier to quickly add a new modifier.
Enter the modifier information.
Check Save to modifier category.
Note:
If Save to modifier category is not checked, when you click Fire or Save order, the system will only temporarily save this modifier for the current order. After the bill is paid, it cannot be reused for future orders.
Click Done.
Click Save to apply the modifier to the item.
After clicking Fire or Save order, the Other Modifier will be synchronized into the modifier list and placed under the Uncategorized group.
When accessing Menu → Uncategorized modifier group on the management page:
You cannot configure Multi-select, Required, etc.
You can only edit the list of items that the modifier group applies to.
When deleting an item that has an Other Modifier:
For the original order: the system still keeps the added modifier in the Uncategorized group for that item.
For orders where items are transferred: the system only saves the new modifier for the transferred item.
If the same item is newly selected again on the destination order, the modifier in the Uncategorized group will not be displayed.
