Re-add Items That Have Already Been Sent to the Kitchen


I. Purpose

Previously, after items were sent to the kitchen, if a customer wanted to order the same item again, staff had to search for the item in the menu and re-enter all notes manually.
To save time, the system now allows staff to re-add items that have already been sent to the kitchen.


II. Instruction Steps

  1. On PC/POS, reopen the customer’s order.

  2. Tap/click the item that the customer wants to order again.

  3. Select Order more.

The re-added item will:

If you need to move the item to another guest, press and hold the item and drag it to the other guest at the same table.

  1. Click Fire to send the newly added item to the kitchen.
