Redeem Loyalty Points on the POS


Purpose

This feature allows cashiers to redeem loyalty points for customer rewards directly on the POS during checkout.


Steps

Follow these steps to redeem points for a customer:

  1. Select the customer

    • During checkout, tap Customer.

    • The cashier will see the customer’s loyalty point details.

    • Tap View Details to review the customer’s visit history and total available points.

    • Tap Select to assign this customer to the order.

    Alternative method:

    • After tapping Pay, tap Select Customer to choose the customer.

  2. View available rewards

    • Tap Rewards to see the list of rewards the customer can redeem.

  3. Redeem a reward

    • If the customer has a reward code, scan the code or enter the code manually, then tap Apply.

    • If the invoice does not meet the reward conditions, the system will display a notification.

    • If eligible rewards are available, select the applicable reward for the customer.

  4. Redeem without a reward code (if applicable)

    • If the customer is eligible but has not generated a reward code in their app, tap Redeem.

    • Tap OK to confirm point redemption.

    • Select the reward the customer wants to use, then tap Done to apply it.

  5. Complete payment

    • Tap Pay to complete the checkout process.

  6. Customer feedback (optional)

    • On the customer-facing screen, the customer can rate their experience and leave feedback.

    • Tap Submit to send the feedback.


✔ The selected reward will be applied to the invoice, and the customer’s points will be deducted automatically.
