Reprinting Receipts

I. Purpose

Help staff reprint receipts for customers upon request.


II. Instruction Steps

To print receipts for customers, the restaurant must first set up the printer.

Printing receipts can be performed in the following cases:


Case 1: Receipts with Paid status

On the Receipt screen, click the icon and select Print.


Case 2: Receipts with Partial Refund status

On the Receipt screen, click the icon and select Print.


Case 3: Receipts with Full Refund status

On the Receipt screen, click the icon and select Print.
