Reset Password

If you forget your password, you can recover your login password using your registered email address as follows:

Note:
The personal email address must be set up in Categories → Employees.


On the Web

  1. Access your restaurant’s management website.
    Example: restaurantname.botxpos.io
    (Replace with your restaurant’s botX POS management URL.)

  2. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your Username and Verification Code.

  4. Click Reset Password.

  5. The system will send password reset instructions to the registered email address.

  6. Open your personal email and click the confirmation link to reset your password.


Confirm Password Reset

  1. Click the Click here link in the email to confirm the password reset.

  2. The system will send a temporary password to your personal email address.

  3. Log in using the temporary password, then change your password immediately.
