This feature allows the system to collect, analyze, and compare sales revenue by hour, day, and month. Reports are generated using multiple criteria to help restaurant managers clearly understand sales performance, including:
Peak and low revenue time periods
Best-selling items
Effectiveness of promotion programs
Areas where sales performance can be improved
These insights support better decision-making for menu planning, staffing, and promotional strategies.
To view sales reports, follow these steps:
Go to Reports → Sales.
By default, the system displays the Daily Revenue Report.
To view a different report:
Click Reports.
Select the report name and set any required parameters.
Click Confirm to display the report.
