Sales Performance


I. Purpose

This feature allows the system to collect, analyze, and compare sales revenue by hour, day, and month. Reports are generated using multiple criteria to help restaurant managers clearly understand sales performance, including:

These insights support better decision-making for menu planning, staffing, and promotional strategies.


II. Steps

To view sales reports, follow these steps:

1. Open sales reports

  1. Go to Reports → Sales.

  2. By default, the system displays the Daily Revenue Report.

2. View other sales reports

To view a different report:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Select the report name and set any required parameters.

  3. Click Confirm to display the report.

Lists all sales transactions by invoice, allowing managers to review both summary and detailed invoice information.

Summarizes sales revenue by each cashier close session (daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

Revenue by Item

Compares revenue across menu items to identify top-selling items and low-performing items, helping managers decide whether to adjust the menu or apply promotions or free-item programs.

Revenue by Employee

Summarizes sales performance of servers and cashiers, supporting payroll calculations, incentives, and performance evaluations.

Tax Report

Summarizes collected tax amounts, tax before refunds, and refunded tax.

Promotion Report

Shows the total number of invoices with promotions applied, verifies whether promotions stay within allowed limits, and lists promotion reasons to help adjust promotion policies if needed.

Transaction Report

Provides a detailed history of all transactions generated from each invoice.

Canceled Order Report

Summarizes canceled orders and canceled items by reason, helping managers identify common causes and take corrective action.
