Send Gift Promotion Messages to Customers


I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurant managers to send promotional messages to customers to promote gift rewards and attract more visits.
This feature applies to restaurants using the Point Redemption Method for Gifts.


II. Usage Guide

  1. On the Loyalty page, locate the promotion you want to send to customers.

  2. Click the Options icon next to the promotion.

  3. Select Send code to customers via SMS.

✔ The promotional gift code will be sent to customers via SMS, helping increase engagement and repeat visits.
