This feature allows restaurant managers to send promotional messages to customers to promote gift rewards and attract more visits.
This feature applies to restaurants using the Point Redemption Method for Gifts.
On the Loyalty page, locate the promotion you want to send to customers.
Click the Options icon next to the promotion.
Select Send code to customers via SMS.
To send the promotion to a specific customer:
Search for the customer using the Search field.
To send the promotion to multiple customers:
Click Approve.
Select:
All customers, or
Only specific customers you want to include.
Click Select to confirm.
You may use the prebuilt message template provided by the system,
or
Customize the message by selecting available merge fields and editing the content as needed.
Click Send to deliver the promotion message to the selected customers.
✔ The promotional gift code will be sent to customers via SMS, helping increase engagement and repeat visits.
